Well, this is a big sandbox so you can pretty much go anywhere, but as for Blue space, you can safely conduct PvE activities in any of our coalition areas but with some restrictions. In all of our coalition space, you are allowed to use the Mining, Combat, Gas and Exploration Anomalies. The only things you cannot do in coalition space is mine other alliances moons without prior written permission and anchor structures.
